My reviews: Good things: 1. Cleanliness is good 2. Doctors are competent 3. Availability of labs/medical facilities/OPDs 4. Availability of private rooms 5. Parking area available Poor things: 1. No proper scheduled timings (both staff and doctors) 2. Limited waiting area and no drinking water availability 3. No online appointments (even if you're from another city) 4. They claim 24/7 emergency service but it's not true. Not suitable for emergencies 5. Not suitable for regular checkups (timing issues) Flaws are in the hospital management and discipline is not good. Doctors are competent.

To Dr arsalan Ahmad ... My daughter did not get any relief from their medicine. Even at night, my daughter's condition became very bad. Three days ago, I brought medicine from them and in three days my daughter did not get any relief. God is the healer.but it is also the doctor's job to check the child properly and then give the medicine and I am not satisfied at all.

Dr arsalan is the most incompetent doctor i have ever seen in my life utterly unprofessional and have no concerns to patient what so ever . He just wants to confirm you buy the medicine from the pharmacy inside so he cunningly ask every patient to show him medicine after purchase for double check. I was visiting pak and my daughter was suffering with acute uti which he couldn’t diagnosed he didnt even asked my daughter to come and sit on the stool. She was all time sitting on the sofa he didnt even bother to chexk her and passed his judgement and wrote some random meds. That same day the doctor from islamabad diagnosed her and sent her urine for culture and it was acute infection. Other time my son was sick and we brought him in high fever and he misdiagnosed him with malaria and wrote three different heavy antibiotics for him. This man have no idea what he is doing. Its just merely a business for him.

The hospital has competent doctors and courteous staff, and my overall experience especially with Dr. Saima Noor and Maj (R) Zakir Sb was excellent. However, the appointment booking system over the phone needs improvement, particularly since around 70% of patients come from outside Attock. Cleanliness could also be better, especially in the washrooms. Adding a small snack bar or canteen would be a great help for visitors during long waiting times.
